First time shopping with these guys, bought 4 hats. Quick shipping, received 7 days after ordering (shipped from Sweden to Australia). On receiving, one of the products was incorrect so I got in touch with Hatstore via their support email. I received a response on the same day and they arranged another hat to be sent to me the next day. Didn’t even make me send the other one back! Staff member (York) was very friendly and prompt.
