This is an updated review, you can read me first review underneath this one. After reaching out to hatstore to explain that I had still not received my hat after 7 weeks they informed me that they think the hat was probably lost. So they have given me a full refund which I am grateful for. I guess the customer service did come through when I needed it the most, coming up with a resolution. So I have changed the 1 star to 2 stars ( I would choose 2.5 if it were possible) based on the customers service not the experience. Its unfortunate I didn't get to try there product as I was really looking forward to receiving to it. After this experience I am doubtful I would buy from them again. If they were shipping from Australia I would. First review- Unfortunately I am yet to receive my order which was placed on the 17th December 2020. I understand it is coming from overseas but this is too long for any item to be sent around the world a couple of times. When I emailed them, I was happy and grateful they replied, but I was told it was being held in customs in Australia and its been there since the 7th January. Its hard to believe they would hold a hat in customs for this long. There are no taxes or duties which would be charged to it so there is no reason they would hold it. If this is the case maybe Hatstore need to provide better information for customs so the clearing process can be more prompt or use a better shipping service . I don't like giving 1 stars for reviews but I have no choice.
