I don't normally write reviews but in this case it's really worth noting. They really are great, as someone ordering from Australia and used to some bad experiences can attest to. I could email a real person and they did what they could, above and beyond, to make things right. Even more, the mistake was really mine, because I had underestimated my hat size before ordering. Even though I'd ordered the wrong size hat, and asked if the order could be canceled a day after purchase, They said the system was automated but went ahead and manually canceled anyway, and I got a refund. The experience of emailing a real person means I'll definitely use them again to get a hat that (hopefully) fits.
