Its been 20 business days since I ordered and my tracking number is still showing awaiting departure from Germany. I really hope this is not a scam and it looks like my christmas presents wont be arriving.Just to add, the company's support team is suddenly ignoring my emails when previously they were responsive and saying it should arrive within the delivery period of my chosen shipping method which was 12-20 business days.UPDATE: I have provided more information via their request here in trustpilot but still haven't received any support whatsoever. I'm concerned that these replies to ask for more info is just a way to save face and pretend that there is actual support from this awful company. This is evident in how they don't provide a name to contact and use anonymity like Service Hero in this way there is no accountability.
