Thus far have only received one reply which was on the order of there there don't worry. Absolutely unacceptable. At this stage I do not know if they are a scam or just incompetent. I will be giving them two more days to provide some meaningful information before taking steps to recover my payment.Thank you for the reply. I would just like to point out that the tracking information that I posted was from the Universal Parcel Tracking system which has access to around 900 carriers including Deutsche Post and DHL. I have used this tracker many times and find it highly reliable. Further I find it interesting that an item I ordered from the U.S.A. on 13/12 so roughly 2 weeks after ordering this item is already in Australia and I will probably receive it today even will all the Xmas rush.So today marks one month from the order date, 30 days exactly. No updates no meaningful replies to enquiries, No Hat. So today is 36 days since the order, 23 business days. Still no change in tracking status. No reply to my last enquiry. So on friday the 3rd of Jan, after another email from myself they replied saying that it was strange. On friday the tenth I requested firm delivery dates or a refund to which no reply was received. Then like a miracle the delivery arrives in Sydney on the 12th of Jan. I have not received it yet and do not yet know if it is what I ordered or what condition it is in. But even if it is all correct the lack of any effort by this company to provide assistance as well as the condescending attitude displayed in their emails and intermittent replies makes this a company that I could never recommend to anybody.14/1/2025 to be fair they have now apologised for the delay and refunded the cost of the delivery.
