I had a fantastic time at the location. On December 10, 2025, there was plenty of activity happening. My music box was triggered multiple times, especially on the stairs. The small bedroom door was open, seemingly by an unseen force. Our host for the evening, Chris, was very welcoming and truly remarkable; although, I must say, he snores like a man possessed! Apologies, Chris 😄 I'm already looking forward to returning sometime in the new year.
If I could rate this more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I gifted my closest friends an experience for their birthdays, and it truly went beyond what we anticipated! From the very beginning, the respect and expertise of the hosts were remarkable; everything was approached with seriousness yet balanced with fun. We encountered several exciting moments, just as we hoped.
The entire evening was brought to life by the fantastic host and the wonderful people we met. The host was genuinely delightful, sharing fascinating stories and experiences. His enthusiasm, respect, and knowledge were evident, making us feel secure throughout the event.

We had an amazing evening! The organization was excellent and very informative. The tour was fantastic, and we also had time to explore on our own. Initially, I thought 6 hours would be excessive, but it turned out to be just the right amount of time. It was nice and warm down there as well. I would definitely do it again.
Even though we arrived late due to an accident on the way, which thankfully did not involve us, we were warmly welcomed by the team conducting the vigil. They were very knowledgeable about the location and the equipment we used to interact with the spirits. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening, though I did miss Jess!

We need more teaspoons and coffee cup lids, and structured breaks for paying guests would be great. Some breaks extended to 35-40 minutes, and responsible use of equipment is essential. We felt a bit pressured to participate in certain activities, but learned later that some staff had been off doing their own thing. Despite this, we had a great time and my partner, who was initially apprehensive, is now eager to try again, even on her own. It was an entertaining night with some peculiar occurrences. Laura was fantastic, friendly, and inspiring, making us want to investigate more in the future.
We participated in the ghost hunt at Rycroft Hall on November 15th with my daughter and her friend, and it was absolutely fantastic. Laura was our guide, incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable—she made the evening special for us. The activities were thrilling from beginning to end, and we enjoyed them so much that we've already booked our next event for February 13th at Smithills! We definitely see ourselves returning regularly, and we'd love to have Laura as our guide again. Thank you for an unforgettable night!
I attended Ryecroft Hall on the evening of November 15th with my son. We had a brilliant time, as we were split into small groups, allowing plenty of opportunities to use all the equipment and fully participate in the vigils. Beth led our group and was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and welcoming. We had a lot of fun and laughter as a group while fully immersing ourselves in the experience.
We returned to Dudley Castle after visiting with another company, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening with the team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We had the chance to use various equipment, and the event was well organized from start to finish. We're excited to attend another event soon!
I received a quick and efficient response to my inquiry about a sleepover investigation scheduled for December, which is yet to be fulfilled. One merchandise item is still pending, and I had hoped it would have been dispatched by now. I'm still waiting for the wristbands.
