The gun is so powerful and accurate and even has a satisfying small kickback when you fire it. It is by far the best water gun I ever got and I love the electronic refill function it has too.
The expensive top of the line Spyra 3 stopped working after a few short sessions. One of the two LX Spyra water guns stopped working after a few attempts of use. I have emailed them twice in the past 5 weeks and have not received a response. I have just emailed them a third time, but since I am not optimistic they will reply, I am writing a bad review here to warn others away from this company.
Perhaps the company sees this review and decides to reply but I am not holding my breath.
Hands down the best water gun we’ve ever had! Always has people asking where we got them and wanting to use them. Powerful and accurate, super fun! Easy to load, easy to charge and use. Customer service is also top-notch! Always prompt responses, and in the event your gun stops working amazingly fast and friendly warranty replacements. If you want a water gun your friends and family will love, get a set of Spyras! You will not be disappointed!
We own two Spyras, and they instantly became the best water guns on our block. Everyone in our neighborhood battles wants to borrow them (not happening 😄). Their shots come out in bursts that are more powerful than your typical water gun, and their accuracy almost makes the fight unfair. They are also extremely easy to refill. Just dip the end of the water gun into your water bucket and it auto-refills in a couple of seconds.Overall, these guns feel solid, make every water fight more fun, and most importantly, help ensure that you’ll win your neighborhood battles.

I had problems with my previous Spyra and they send me a new one. Unfortunately this one was not delivered. After contact again they send me a new one without questions and this one arrived within a few days. I think a lot of companies can use the communication and service of Spyra as an example.By the way, their waterguns are TOP!
