I was so excited about buying foundation from Haus Labs, I used their on line foundation match to get my foundation shade matched to a Bobbi Brown foundation which is an exact match to my skin.I was horrified when my recommended foundation arrived, it was at least 3-4 shades too light. What a disappointment! I emailed Haus Labs to tell them about my mis-matched foundation and it’s been a week and I have heard nothing back. Terrible customer service and a total waste of money.
