This is the worst foundation I have used. It looks horrible, does not blend and streaks. I notified the company and asked them for a return label and they stated there wasn't a return on the samples and plan to bill my card for $12. That comes up to 17.99 for 3 small sample vials that cost nothing in the mall. 3 small samples that are now in my trash can.
I am always picking out what I think is the right shade of concealer only to go home and find it’s the wrong one. Haus Labs sent me a sample kit with a guide to help me find my shade of concealer and it worked. It put it on and it was the right shade. I didn’t think that would ever happen!
Don't even hit any buttons after placing an order you will be charged full price for the item plus shipping even during a sale. I never hit the button to add mascara to my order but it was added anyway. I do NOT want it, it will be sent back and I want a FULL refund. Notified Haus Labs and customer service is DISGUSTING! I will NEVER order from them again!!!!
Money taken and no order delivered- 4 weeks later. I placed my first order with Haus labs 4 weeks ago. After contacting several times, i was eventually given a tracking link, which now states that the parcel is damaged and Evri are unable to deliver. Have emailed haus labs twice since and have had no response at all. I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on my order which is not going to be delivered - unsure how the company finds this acceptable?! Absolutely appalling customer service from Haus Labs, would never purchase from them again. I wish I’d read these reviews first. Please avoid buying from Haus labs online and buy their products from Sephora - at least you are guaranteed to be given what you’ve paid for.
The WORST! I placed an order on the 6th of march, it’s now the 17th and I don’t have my products or any tracking updates! I’m going to have to call my bank to get the money back. Save yourself the hassle and don’t order from haus labs. Update: it took nearly 3 weeks for the items to come…
No Product, No Tracking Info, No Customer ServicesI purchased a bottle of foundation a week ago and I am yet to receive any response from the customer services team, even though I have sent several emails. At this point I just want my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I ordered the Discovery Foundation Set on February 27, 2025. Today I received an email saying I have to place a full size foundation order by tomorrow March 11, 2025, or pay $12. On their site, they stated you have 21 days to make a purchase and it's only been 13 days. I emailed them today and they responded saying they'll get back in 3-4 days. Too Late! This is the 2nd set I've ordered place because the first set I received was too dark. If I don't order anything, I'll have spent $34 on the samples and shipping.If you live near a Sephora store, give it try first.
