My diughter ordered flowers for my 97 year old Mum....never arrived and we spent time chasing....eventually they did admit they never even sent them ...no apology....did get a refund but had to chase otherwise they would just have taken our money....DO NOT BUY......use a professional company like Bloom and Wild or Freddies.....they have brilliant customer service
