Great flowers but I thought I’d already ordered some flowers for my mum. I went through the payment process and the order was confirmed on the final page.
The next day - her birthday- no flowers. I looked on my Apple Pay no transaction????
I went to order again. Double clicked Apple Pay and order confirmation again…….Only then did I realize that it was asking me to confirm the order at the bottom. To be honest I had to check that no money had come out of my account to check that I wasn’t ordering 2 lots of flowers! Very confusing indeed. Do the checks before going through the payment process. As people, like me will think that the order has been placed and miss my mums birthday!

Extremely disappointing as I have purchased flowers for a friend Birthday, and I was embarrassed when I saw what was delivered to her.
Customer service is in denial despite provided photos as evidence.

If I could give zero stars I would’ve! Next day delivery arrived two days late. The flowers which were supposed to be luxury flowers were worse than my local supermarket. I paid £60 and received a bouquet that would’ve been no more than £10 at my local Tesco. Very disappointed and the customer service team were even worse and said this is a slight issue that’s expected with transit. Absolute scammers stay well away

I ordered a sympathy bouquet following a bereavement in my family and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

I believed I was buying from a local florist, but the flowers were sent via Royal Mail and left in a box on the driveway — completely inappropriate given the circumstances.

The bouquet looked nothing like the website images. They advertise “luxury” bouquets, which is honestly a joke. Instead of a beautifully arranged tied bouquet, it arrived as loose flowers in a plastic bag of water around the stems. Several of the roses were wilted and looked half dead. It looked more like something picked up from a garage forecourt than a premium sympathy arrangement. It was not fit for purpose and certainly not worth the money.

When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly asked for more photos. Given the sensitive situation, it was neither appropriate nor fair to ask my grieving family member to take additional pictures. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered money off a future order — as if I would want to spend any more money with them!

This whole experience has left me angry and upset at an already difficult time. Very poor quality, poor service, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.

Very disappointed with both the flowers and the customer service. The arrangement was sent to someone who had just lost her mother, so this was a sensitive order. After being asked for feedback, I responded privately, expecting understanding and an apology.

Instead, I was repeatedly asked for more photos and then told I was outside their T&Cs timeframe. The response felt procedural rather than compassionate. A £10 voucher (after several emails back and forth and against an order of £105) doesn’t make up for the experience, and I won’t be using them again.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a hospital. I chose a Saturday delivery as that was the first date that appeared. The flowers were not delivered. Apparently there is an agreement with Parcel Force Courier and the hospital that they can not deliver on Saturday. The response from Haute/prestige.."Unfortunately, as this agreement is between the courier and the delivery address, we are not party to this information. The onus is regrettably on the customer to ensure delivery can be made on the requested date.". This is not the first incident I have had with this company. This was a credit I was using for the dead flowers they had sent previously to someone else. Take warning...find another florist. Isnt great to send dead flowers to a team of nurses that cared for my mom who has passed. Really bad customer service. Waste of money!

Disappointing Experience with Delivery

I placed an order for flowers on January 24th, expecting them to be delivered on January 25th for my mother's 86th birthday, as advertised on the website. They promised deliveries every day of the week. However, I just received an email from the postal service indicating that the delivery is now scheduled for January 27. There's no one available to contact at the company over the weekend, and no live chat option either. I've lost £90.50 on this order. I recommend avoiding this service, as they do not honor their commitments.

Extremely Disappointed with the Order

I ordered a Deluxe Hatbox bouquet for my mother's 80th birthday, and what she received was nothing like what was advertised. I am both disgusted and mortified. When I reached out to the support team and shared photos, they claimed to have consulted the florist and insisted that the bouquet sent met the requirements. They advised me to follow the care instructions for the next three days. I will include photos for you to see the difference. The service is completely misleading; what they show and what is delivered are two entirely different things. I paid £75 for a one-size Deluxe Hatbox, with no options for small, medium, or large. I even inquired about adding a specific flower and was willing to pay extra, only to receive a firm rejection. I cannot recommend this company to anyone; they are deceptive, and when confronted, they show no interest in resolving the issue.

Disappointing Flower Delivery Experience

I ordered flowers for a friend, but they were left outside her house. Thankfully, they weren't damaged, but when she opened them, she sent me a picture that truly disappointed me. Saying I wasn't happy would be an understatement. I paid extra for a larger arrangement than what was advertised, which was supposed to include 6 roses, a branch of lilies, and some greenery. The roses were not fresh and had visible damage. The picture I received looked like the smaller bunch, and despite paying more, the flowers were basic. I reached out to the service multiple times, but after a lot of back and forth, they insisted the flowers were acceptable, which they were not. As someone who does flower arrangements, I found it ridiculous that I paid £35 for what was essentially £15 worth of flowers. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
