I ordered flowers on Sunday for delivery on Monday for my father's grave. They asked for the recipient's name, which was unnecessary since my father is deceased. They promised next-day delivery, which is why I chose them. Monday came and went without the flowers. I received an email saying my details were passed to the dispatch manager, but no timeframe was given. The customer service was unsympathetic and dismissive. The flowers eventually arrived, but I felt misled about the prices. I won’t be using this company again.
