DO NOT USE HAUTE FLORIST. I chose this company as they offered next day delivery on flowers. However they failed to deliver the next day & instead delivered 3 days later with brown roses with no water. They refused any apologies or explanation. And stated that even though they say next day delivery, their T&Cs state to allow up to 3 days for delivery! Flowers are sent for special occasions. Whether happy or sad. You order them to arrive on the requested date and fresh flowers. This company has absolutely no interest in sticking to their promise. Or considering their customer. Just don’t order from them
