Ordered and payed for flowers which didn’t arrive. Contacted customer services and told them the situation. The tracking on Royal Mail said delivered but it wasn’t our address and the picture left was of some random bins. They won’t offer a refund. No flowers and no refund. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE
