Awful experience. Ordered my mum’s 75th birthday flowers just short of three weeks prior to her birthday. Arrived on time but I’d ordered the large as opposed to the standard or medium (the medium are shown in the images on their website). The medium displayed 9 roses. Mum received 7. The medium displayed 5 sea holly, mum’s contained 1. The medium had 4 calla lillies, mum received 5 with one snapped half way down the stem. I u ferrous that alternatives could be sent depending on time of year/availability but there were no alternative flowers, they were simply missing. Contacted Haute, uploaded images. Apparently you need to send the images individually “Unfortunately, as the images were all attached to a single email, our system is unable to display them properly. To ensure that I can provide you with the best assistance, could you please resend each image in a separate email?” It may have been useful to have been informed of this at my original point of contact. I’m unsure how a trained florist thinks the flowers sent were acceptable. Very poor with less than half the flowers you’d receive from M&S or Waitrose for less than half the price. Don’t waste your money going to Haute.
