The payment screen was very confusing, after I had paid with apple pay and got the green tick, I thought the order had gone through. Only when I received an email in the middle of the night suggesting I had not checked out did I go through this process again. Another email to say it had not gone through prompted me to call the customer services number. I was then told i had to press two more buttons to check out? How confusing. This has resulted in my sympathy flowers been delayed by a further day-not ideal.
