I ordered flowers from the Haute Flowers website – on the 30th of October before 10pm and paid for next day delivery, due on Friday 31st Oct.The flowers arrived on Monday the 3rd of November to my elderly relative wittered, dried out and simply awful A complete waste of money. I paid extra for next day delivery - they arrived on day 4.They look nothing like the website.The Service Team were unhelpful and when I sent a picture through, I was treated with disrespect and indifference. I felt disappointed as was the recipient of those dreadful blooms.Poor quality, poor support, poor service – overall a dreadful experience and a waste of money and time. I would not recommend Haute Flowers.Better off to use their competitors.No compensation for the shrivelled blooms - I feel dramatized by the whole experience.Update: Despite the response from Haute 3 days ago we have heard nothing since. It seems a cynical way of presenting themselves as caring for the customer. Reading other reviews they are well practiced at fending off complaints re delays and poor quality without resolving anything for their customers.
