I ordered what was advertised as a large artisan florist arranged bouquet and received something that looked like it had been grabbed from a motorway service station on the way home. Sparse, unbalanced, and full of cheap filler flowers, absolutely nothing like the “luxury” design pictured or described.When I contacted the company, I was met with endless copy and paste replies about how “no two bouquets are the same” and told to wait three days to see if it would “bloom.” It is now long dead, and the only thing that has bloomed is my frustration.Their so called customer service team refused to take responsibility, insisting the bouquet “meets their standards.” If that is true, their standards are shockingly low.I have since escalated the matter through PayPal and Trading Standards, as this was clearly not as described and well below the quality promised for the price.Save your money and buy from an actual local florist, at least then you will get what you paid for.More poor excuses... because I have escalated it (which has been rejected by them on Paypal too) they are claiming they cant help on here. sure.
