I bought some flowers from Haute Florist as gift for my sister’s birthday last August. We received browning, mishandled flowers that had travelled all the way from Holland (something they never mentioned). I was so embarrassed that she received them in such a terrible state. They were so awful she couldn’t even present them when she was having people over for her party and had to throw them out. On top of that when I contacted customer services they made both my sister and I send countless photos back and forth to them all day long, ruining her celebrations when you could blatantly see how bad the bunch were. They offered us a measly £10 gift voucher to spend on more of their flowers when I had spent over £70 together with a bottle of wine from the company, on utter rubbish. They would not give a refund or issue new flowers. I didn’t accept the voucher as we certainly won’t be buying from them again. I would caution using this company. Terrible handing of flowers and very poor customer service.
