Very disappointed with both the flowers and the customer service. The arrangement was sent to someone who had just lost her mother, so this was a sensitive order. After being asked for feedback, I responded privately, expecting understanding and an apology.
Instead, I was repeatedly asked for more photos and then told I was outside their T&Cs timeframe. The response felt procedural rather than compassionate. A £10 voucher (after several emails back and forth and against an order of £105) doesn’t make up for the experience, and I won’t be using them again.
