I ordered a sympathy bouquet following a bereavement in my family and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
I believed I was buying from a local florist, but the flowers were sent via Royal Mail and left in a box on the driveway — completely inappropriate given the circumstances.
The bouquet looked nothing like the website images. They advertise “luxury” bouquets, which is honestly a joke. Instead of a beautifully arranged tied bouquet, it arrived as loose flowers in a plastic bag of water around the stems. Several of the roses were wilted and looked half dead. It looked more like something picked up from a garage forecourt than a premium sympathy arrangement. It was not fit for purpose and certainly not worth the money.
When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly asked for more photos. Given the sensitive situation, it was neither appropriate nor fair to ask my grieving family member to take additional pictures. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered money off a future order — as if I would want to spend any more money with them!
This whole experience has left me angry and upset at an already difficult time. Very poor quality, poor service, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.
