Absolutely disgraceful customer service shameful behaviour from this company. The very expensive flowers were sent from my daughter for mothers day they contained some dead roses within the bunch and lillies which have never opened up. I had to try to resolve the issue without hurting my daughter's feelings but to no avail, no apology they just wanted photos galore, birds eye view apparently needed. I was getting nowhere they had no compassion or empathy.
It appears there are many more disappointed customers with similar issues sadly.
