Ordered a bouquet in advance to be delivered to the Channel Islands on a Sunday. Used the company because they advertised Sunday delivery. Very wilted bouquet arrived nearly 3 days late. I have sent multiple emails over the last week including photos of bouquet which they admit is substandard and they are continuing to resist offering me any kind of refund despite clearly not providing the service or product purchased but have offered me 20 pounds credit with them (I will clearly never be using this company again). Customer service is outrageous and utterly unjustifiable. I think the Mother’s Day sentiment is somewhat lost when the flowers arrive drooped and wilted the following Tuesday and furious that they are being so difficult about a refund so I can send my mother some actual quality flowers with a company I can trust to apologise
