Extremely disappointing, avoid at all costs! I am insured with another company and had a client of theirs rear-end me. The company accepted liability immediately but failed to agree on the minimum costs. It went to court, and the ruling was in my favor for the owed money. They have a legal timeframe to pay my solicitors, but they haven't, forcing my solicitors to take enforcement action. I am genuinely concerned about this company’s underwriting practices; why are they not paying on time?
