Where do I even start? The customer service was subpar. They failed to keep me updated or communicate effectively. Their internal communication is poor, and they seem indifferent to improving their service. I waited over a month for a total loss settlement that was not paid out due to internal errors. I had already canceled my policy, yet they still didn’t have that information. I had to reach out to find out what was happening. This is by far the worst service I've encountered; they deserve an award for their incompetence!
