Are Haven Claims for real?According to their website, they have a 24 hour service. You phone them up, there is a message that their offices open after the weekend. You go to their website and there is a notice that they are having technical issues with their telephone system. I then emailed them about an urgent matter and tried to use a read receipt to ensure they received my email. I get a response back saying that my message was deleted without being read!I find this absolutely appalling!
