We had a wonderful day traveling from Tokyo to Hakone with our guide. He picked us up promptly in a comfortable vehicle and took us to various scenic spots for viewing Mt. Fuji, which was visible the entire day. Since it was a holiday weekend, he skillfully avoided the crowds and was flexible enough to include a visit to an open-air museum (highly recommend) before dropping us off at the station for a train to Kyoto. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch. Our guide was engaging and fun. I highly recommend this service. Communication was excellent throughout.
