I was referred to the service by someone who had a great experience. Sadly, the whole process relies on a designer’s availability... after initially selecting one, they became unavailable, causing delays. We chose another designer, received concept boards, and then that designer disappeared with no communication for over a week, leading to further delays. The solution offered was a new designer, which would have pushed us back over a month from our preferred timeline. I am so disheartened to seek a refund after investing time with no results.
