I recently took advantage of a Black Friday deal and was thoroughly impressed! I'm quite particular, but you wouldn't know it because my designer did an amazing job selecting furniture for my uniquely shaped den. I purchased nearly everything she recommended, and each piece that arrived has exceeded my expectations. I particularly wanted to leave a positive review because my new rug arrived, and before heading out, I quickly unrolled it. When I returned home, I found that one of my dogs had an accident on it. I had mentioned having dogs in my profile, and among all the rugs in my home, this one was the easiest to clean. Normally, such an incident would frustrate me, but the designer had chosen a pet-friendly rug, and cleanup was a breeze. I can't wait to see how the room looks with everything in place, and while I may have been lucky with such a thoughtful designer, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!

Sadly, the whole process relies on a designer’s availability... after initially selecting one, they became unavailable, causing delays. We chose another designer, received concept boards, and then that designer disappeared with no communication for over a week, leading to further delays. The solution offered was a new designer, which would have pushed us back over a month from our preferred timeline. I am so disheartened to seek a refund after investing time with no results.
