This experience was not what I anticipated. I expected visual representations of my room with suggested items, not just lists of items for purchase. The products were never shown in a mock-up of my space. I don't have the time or inclination to evaluate endless product lists. I communicated my desires in the initial discussion but feel I received nothing in return for my investment. I expressed my disappointment early on and requested a refund, but received no response, only another request for a rating. While the designer may be talented, the platform itself is lacking. Ultimately, I feel I got nothing for my money.
