I started the process with Havenly and worked with a wonderful designer on two rooms. However after I placed my order I have had a poor experience with customer support. Havenly does not provide customers with order numbers through their actual vendors (west elm, potter barn, etc) so you have to go through them for any order support once you make your purchase. However, Havenly does NOT provide customer support via phone and does not answer emails in the promised “24-48” hour window. The actual stores provide much better customer service, however without any order numbers through the vendors you can’t actually resolve anything (but at least you can easily get in contact with them).If you use the site (at this point I probably would not recommend to a friend or family member), I would recommend buying any items through the actual vendor and NOT using Havenly as a middle man. There is no benefit to the customer to use their platform when ordering, and actually seems to be a little detrimental.
