This is our fourth renewal with Haventree, and unfortunately we don’t feel that our loyalty or long term relationship has been meaningfully recognized in the rates being offered.Our mortgage payment remains extremely high, and we were hoping there would be more consideration given, or at least clearer support in helping us secure a better rate or alternative solution.During our second year, we were advised not to worry, as B lender rates, particularly with Haventree, were expected to be reasonably close to prime lender rates. We relied on that guidance in good faith. However, that has not been the case, and the gap remains significant.At this point, we are simply looking for transparency, advocacy, and support in finding the best possible option for our situation, whether that is an improved rate or guidance toward a more suitable lender.
