On November 29, I ordered a mattress along with free window shades. The shades shipped on December 3, and I inquired about the mattress. I received a prompt reply saying it would ship soon. After the mattress arrived, the shades still hadn’t come. I sent two emails for an update, as the shipping company reported the package was sent back, but have heard nothing. We needed the shades for a trip, so I ordered them elsewhere to ensure they arrived on time, effectively paying for the 'free' shades. If their response time improves, I would consider ordering again.
