I saw this mattress online and placed an order. The next day, I was informed that delivery would be delayed until December 20th. This is fine with me, as I expect to have it before Christmas. They sent the privacy curtains first, which are now on their way. While I’ve seen other reviews complaining about service, my experience has been positive; it seems they have improved their operations.
