They never sent a product, $350 down the drain. It's an obvious scam, realized too late.After they failed to reply to all my emails, I checked their website and noticed that some of the contact information they use goes to a different company, "TESCAMP". Both the support number and the contact email.They also point towards a different support email at different parts of the website.UPDATE (December 5th 2024):So I reached out to Dan, the founder of Tescamp and Havnby and made him aware of the situation in Europe. He promised to initiate refunds to everyone affected by this situation and to inform every single customer.Looking at TrustPilot, it looks like he did just that and he did it very fast, I'm very impressed by that.I don't feel comfortable giving them a 1 out of 5, so I'll change my review to a 3 out of 5 for now. And I'll most likely buy their mattress when it's back in stock in Europe.Will update my vote when I get my hands on the mattress and shades.
