We booked a tour with this company for over the Christmas Holidays and found out two days before that the company went bankrupt and spun up under "new management". I believe it is still one of the same management from before. However they took all our money (over $1,000). They told us to make a claim with our credit card company however they would not issue a refund because the claim was made more than 120 days after payment. We booked this tour in July so it would have been approximately 150 days when we were notified. This is robbery and terrible consumer protection rights.
