We booked a tour with this company for over the Christmas Holidays and found out two days before that the company went bankrupt and spun up under "new management". I believe it is still one of the same management from before. However they took all our money (over $1,000). They told us to make a claim with our credit card company however they would not issue a refund because the claim was made more than 120 days after payment. We booked this tour in July so it would have been approximately 150 days when we were notified. This is robbery and terrible consumer protection rights.

We saw a shark

We saw a shark. That was awesome! We had a large group with a lot of kids. She answered all of our questions even kids who made no sense at all. She was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Excellent Hana hiking tour

Des, our tour guide made it the most fun and informational trip we could ever have asked for. Not really knowing what we were in store for as far as terrain and physical challanges, we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of the trails and the swimming spots were very easy to access. Des was very patient and accommodating for the ones in our group that had issues due to recent surgeries. All of our group would recommend your hiking tour.

The crew and snorkeling were awesome

The crew and snorkeling were awesome! Boat was fun and had slides and jumping platform. Crew made you feel safe and were very knowledgeable. Great time and will go again on our next Hawaii vacation.
