I booked are company van in for service spoke to Avery nice helpful young lady on the phone Andria took it in to the Maidstone branch for the to do the service this was on the 26/1/26 transit VPJ was booked in by again Avery nice helpful young lady young lady by the name of Ruth took all the details checked contact number and email address I believe both these lady’s should deserve amention first for being so nice and polite in person and on the phone I have just found out that Ruth has only been with the company three weeks and that she wasn’t doing this job before so I feel she definitely deserves praise for the fantastic job that she is doing from her bosses not easy job dealing with customers more so in the motor trade bust she is nailing it big time so Ruth thank you so much for a fantastic customer service experience today will be back when it service time again keep up the great work that your doing (Glen) Sytner Landrover Maidstone
