Mikki helped us with changing our holiday to Cape Verde, after our original holiday was cancelled due to the war.
We were that pleased with the service, that we have booked to go back to Cape Verde and are taking our son and girlfriend.
We did have issues with Chloe who took the initial holiday to the Maldives, but unfortunately she didn’t tell us the truth about emailing us, we did speak to the manager about her. But it’s not the problem, it’s how you deal with it, and Mikki and everyone else was lovely, so well done to the rest of the team.
