The product is fantastic.The customer service was horrendous.Firstly they couldn’t decide which day they were going to deliver, so the information I was given was delivery for Tuesday or Wednesday. Not very helpful. When I rang customer services on Wednesday they told me the lawn mower would be delivered before 6pm. No one turned up.In fact the delivery driver did come to my street but couldn’t find my house and worse still did not have my contact phone number. He returned to the depot. I eventually received the product on Thursday.I was never kept up to date with the delivery. You couldn’t care less.
