I would not even give this company 1 star!!! I purchased from them as it is advertised as a company based in the Gold Coast Australia.I had to return the boots I ordered as they were the incorrect size, only to be offered 10% refund as to return the boots it would be too expensive.I still don't know where they are based but it is in Asia somewhere.Communication is terrible, service is terrible..and now they said they can't replace my order as they are closing down.The site claiming to be Gold Coast says it's going to reopen..I urge people NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.Their company is NOT legit..I do not understand how they get away with such a misleading, untue website!!BEWARE EVERYONE!!
