We had a lot of issues scheduling appointments for non school hours and had a lot of change in counselors during the 12 week sessions.I don’t feel that the issues that we shared with the counselors were really addressed. The counselors were very friendly and interacted with our teen well but I felt that they spent a lot of time chatting.
