We signed up for our daughter two weeks ago but it kept saying my name as the child when trying to do the first scheduling. And when trying to contact support their reply address is hello at hello.hazel.co which address is nonexistent and I can’t reply to and only get bounce backs. Tried email support at hazel.co same no reply. Call on their number and always get the run arounds. Very frustrating.
