Started okay. Then our provider left Hazel. They assigned a new provider, but we didn't have any introduction. My child met the provider for the first time alone at school and was very uncomfortable. At no point in time have I gotten an update on progress or any kind of report from the initial provider. Just that they were leaving and someone new was coming. New provider gave up after one session where my child struggled to communiate because it was a complete stranger, then the provider left the session with my daughter in tears and discharged her care. Messages were sent to me on portal which I never saw. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
