I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I feel as though I have been deceived. If I could rate them zero, I would. I ordered three pairs of shoes for nearly £100. They appeared stunning and elegant in the photos. However, what I received was the complete opposite, and I would never have chosen these. They are poorly constructed versions of what was advertised. The bags even had different names. The shoes delivered are nothing like the images shown. They were inadequately packed - three pairs in unmarked flimsy plastic bags, crammed into one package - no boxes, no branding, no care taken whatsoever. They are oversized, have a strong chemical smell, and are entirely different in color and texture from the photos. They feel and look very cheap. The soles are made of thin foam and plastic, unlike the orthopedic soles that were promised. The velcro fastenings are poorly cut, and the ‘embossed buttons’ from the website are simply plain and pushed through the velcro. They resemble split pins. When I requested a refund, the response was that I could receive another pair if I paid for shipping. They attributed the poor packaging to the carriers and insisted that the quality was acceptable, claiming differences between the photos and the actual product were normal. I refuse to send them any more money. They have already taken the funds I saved for my 50th birthday treat. As a single parent with a low income and a disability, I am heartbroken, but I can't take the risk, knowing I would likely receive the same poor quality again. Despite having Brighton in the brand name, these products have no connection to the area; they actually originate from China and are of very low quality. Stay away. I can provide photos if needed. I will be pursuing this further, as I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this.
