The product quality is extremely poor; I strongly advise against purchasing! It took weeks for the shoes to arrive, and when they finally did, the packaging was inadequately protected. The shoes themselves were of terrible quality, clearly made cheaply. Overall, a very disappointing experience!
I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I feel as though I have been deceived. If I could rate them zero, I would. I ordered three pairs of shoes for nearly £100. They appeared stunning and elegant in the photos. However, what I received was the complete opposite, and I would never have chosen these. They are poorly constructed versions of what was advertised. The bags even had different names. The shoes delivered are nothing like the images shown. They were inadequately packed - three pairs in unmarked flimsy plastic bags, crammed into one package - no boxes, no branding, no care taken whatsoever. They are oversized, have a strong chemical smell, and are entirely different in color and texture from the photos. They feel and look very cheap. The soles are made of thin foam and plastic, unlike the orthopedic soles that were promised. The velcro fastenings are poorly cut, and the ‘embossed buttons’ from the website are simply plain and pushed through the velcro. They resemble split pins. When I requested a refund, the response was that I could receive another pair if I paid for shipping. They attributed the poor packaging to the carriers and insisted that the quality was acceptable, claiming differences between the photos and the actual product were normal. I refuse to send them any more money. They have already taken the funds I saved for my 50th birthday treat. As a single parent with a low income and a disability, I am heartbroken, but I can't take the risk, knowing I would likely receive the same poor quality again. Despite having Brighton in the brand name, these products have no connection to the area; they actually originate from China and are of very low quality. Stay away. I can provide photos if needed. I will be pursuing this further, as I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this.
Regret not checking reviews before making my purchase! The sweater was nothing like the image and of extremely poor quality. This company is not affiliated with the location they claim, it's just a scam selling subpar items from overseas. I have no hope for a refund!
One star is too generous for this purchase. I took advantage of a shoe offer for a pair of mary janes, but received cheap shoes that clearly came from overseas. The materials are horrible, the color is not what was shown online, and the sizing is off. They smell terrible. I feel cheated. Not worth the price at all. Stay away!
The shoes arrived, not from where advertised but from overseas. They are a different color, have a flimsy sole, and smell awful! There’s no way to contact the company directly, as the email address doesn’t exist. This seller is untrustworthy, and I was very disappointed with their product!
I thought I was purchasing from a UK company based on the website. The shoes took a long time to arrive, and I decided to return them due to their poor quality and strong chemical smell. Only upon checking the returns policy did I realize they shipped from overseas, and I would have to pay to return them. Further investigation revealed that many reviews were from the same customers, and there’s no way to leave feedback. Completely misleading and low-quality products. Avoid!
