I ordered a jacket from the company for $69.95 on November 25, 2025. I received it today, and it was of terrible quality, resembling unappealing fur, and the zipper is practically useless as it gets stuck. It took forever to open the jacket upon receiving it. Customer support informed me that I would need to return the product at my own expense, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. I was offered a 10% discount if I chose that option or a store credit to buy more low-quality items. All I want is a full refund. I hope no one else gets scammed by this company.
