I would not give them even one star. I have been trying to return a sweater which arrived in a completely wrong color and they won’t accept it back. Only if I pay to ship it back to China. For a sweater that is not at all what I ordered. 20 emails back and forth with them trying to get me to keep the ugly sweater and they will refund me 50%. And they sign emails “warm regards”. What a joke!!!

I purchased two pairs of shoes over six weeks ago. Tracking indicated the shipment reached the United States but then showed a delivery exception and was returned to the U.S. shipping facility. Despite sending multiple emails requesting an update and/or a refund, I have received no response. This company has been extremely disappointing, and I’m hoping my credit card dispute will result in a refund. If I could award zero stars on this rating, that would be more accurate than the one star for this compnay.

Product quality fell short of expectations.

The quality of the product did not meet my expectations and felt quite poor. However, the support team was decent after I shared my concerns. The online storefront presents itself as a high-end boutique, but the product appears significantly cheaper. 🤔 Are these items sourced overseas?

The coat was made from low-quality material and did not match the advertised fit. I sought a refund but was persuaded to accept store credit instead. I chose a hat, thinking it would suit me, but it turned out to be too small. Overall, I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from this seller again.

The coat was made from low-quality material and did not fit as advertised. I wanted a refund but was convinced to accept store credit. I chose a hat, thinking it would be fine, but it was too small and didn’t fit. Very disappointed overall. I will not be ordering from this seller again.
