This feels like a bait and switch tactic with fine print that you supposedly consent to regarding their 'substitutions and no refunds policies,' even though I never agreed to receive a completely different product that was likely sourced cheaply from a local grocery store! It's absolutely disappointing. My sister remarked that the items looked like they came from a dollar store; everything was substituted, indicating they didn't have the actual product I ordered!
