Failed to deliver a holiday gift to an important client on two occasions. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience in every aspect, including interactions with the support team. I would advise against ordering from this service! Seeing the company's response below is even more aggravating, as they have my order details and I had been in touch with the support team. Who am I supposed to contact? The same representative who consistently responds but didn't resolve the issue?
In response to the company's reply, I've already contacted customer service via phone and email. Unfortunately, no one has returned my call after I left a message, and my emails are currently being ignored. The baskets contain food items that may have been sitting at the depot since the 23rd. Is this food safe? Is it even legal for a food service to serve this? I am requesting a full refund, as anything less is unacceptable at this point. I'm seriously considering disputing this charge with my credit card company. I must say that my trust in this company has been completely shattered. I placed my order on December 19th, with a confirmation email stating two business days for delivery. Now it's December 30th, and there has been no delivery, no updates on the tracking number, no communication from the company, and no one in customer support seems to know when I can expect my order. I had high hopes for this service, but I was clearly mistaken! This has been a total waste of time and money, and I will NEVER order from this company again. I'm increasingly convinced that my pricey order will never arrive. This feels like a scam! Additionally, I tried to post this review on their website but was unable to… not surprising, as it seems they don’t want any honest feedback shared.
The packages arrived promptly, and the recipient was thrilled with her gift. However, I had ordered the succulent trio, yet she received an orchid instead. It's okay, but I would have appreciated some communication regarding the change.
Do not waste your money. This feels like a bait and switch tactic with fine print that you supposedly consent to regarding their 'substitutions and no refunds policies,' even though I never agreed to receive a completely different product that was likely sourced cheaply from a local grocery store! It's absolutely disappointing. My sister remarked that the items looked like they came from a dollar store; everything was substituted, indicating they didn't have the actual product I ordered!
Update: The company responded diplomatically to my review, but their customer service remains unhelpful. I feel for the staff working in such a place. I ordered nine items for Thanksgiving gifts, but they sent substitutes without notifying me. The substitutes looked so bad that I was embarrassed. Customer service kept repeating their policy about substitutions, but my experience did not reflect that. Don't expect them to deliver what you ordered or to communicate changes. Will you take the risk?
The item in the picture looked luxurious, but the basket I received was very low quality. The specialty items I chose were missing. When I contacted support, they quickly stated their substitution policy, which did not match what I received. I am very disappointed.
